Warehouse Upgrade - Update
We are pleased to inform you that we have now transitioned over to our new warehouse and delivery service provider, DHL. As of Monday 18th of February, DHL will be providing our delivery services Nationwide (Excluding WA). Once we have smoothed out some initial teething issues you will see a number of improvements which will directly contribute to a better customer experience. This includes:
- Improved customer order cut-off times,
- Faster dispatch of orders with improved pick technology,
- 'Next day delivery' service now available to a wider area,
- Delivery of dangerous goods classified products alongside our regular carton deliveries.
We are currently working to get through a backlog of orders. Please be advised that there is currently a delay in dispatching orders. Below is a summary of when you should expect despatch of your orders.
We apologise for the inconvenience and we will be working through this backlog over the next few days. Once again we apologise for any inconvenience that our warehouse upgrade may have caused, but we look forward to providing you with an improved delivery service in the future with our new business partners at DHL.
ORDER CUTOFF TIMES
All orders received before 11:00am EDST will be dispatched for same day shipment with the exception of WA where the order cut off is 12.30pm WA time.
DELIVERY SERVICE & TIMES
Customer orders, once received, will be processed and invoiced within 24 hours from either our Sydney or Perth warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on the volume of customer orders received throughout the month, and can also be affected by seasonal periods and public holidays. Please see table below for expected delivery times. We do not deliver to any location outside Australia.

Note**Deliveries to Perth & WA Country are dispatched from our Perth, WA Delivery Centre.
TIME OF DELIVERY
All deliveries are undertaken by a variety of delivery drivers and may occur between 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday. All deliveries require a signature at time of receipt. If you are not available during this time you will need to complete an authority to leave form.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
You must complete anauthority to leave form(available from our Customer Care team) if no-one will be available to accept delivery of your order between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. This form will allow you to nominate a nearby address or a nominated place where your delivery can be left without a signature.
Please note: Integria Healthcare is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft resulting from goods being left unattended at or near your premises. Integria Healthcare does not deliver to PO Box or Australian Post Parcel Lockers.
Cool boxes are used for items that may be affected by excessively high temperatures especially during the summer period. Orders for refrigerated items will NOT be dispatched on a Friday.
Note: Our chilled product ranges have been tested when exposed to ambient temperatures up to 1 month without affecting their shelf life. We have selected to utilize cool boxes and ice bricks to reduce excess exposure to high temperature conditions. We do not expect the ice bricks to remain in a frozen state upon receipt.
Due to our compliance to the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and the Australian Code of Conduct for the Transport of Dangerous Goods no Dangerous Goods can be transported byAirfreight.Therefore orders containing Dangerous Goods may take additional time for delivery by road.
Orders in excess of $250 excluding GST will be despatched freight free, orders under $250 excluding GST will attract a freight and administration charge of $12.00 excluding GST for all destinations within Australia.
Online orders placed via www.myintegria.com in excess of $175 excluding GST will be dispatched freight free, orders under $175 excluding GST will attract a freight and administration charge of $12.00 excluding GST for all destinations within Australia.
A priority delivery service is available on request, at an additional cost and to selected destinations. Please call our Customer Care team to discuss if you require a priority delivery and they will confirm additional costs prior to the order being processed. Requests for priority delivery are conditional and exclude chilled items and dangerous goods.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Items out of stock at the time of order are detailed at the end of each order invoice; or advised at the time of order for orders placed over the phone.
There are currently no automatic back-orders. A call back can be requested from our Customer Care team should you wish to be notified of products being returned to stock.
Orders for returned out of stock products are subject to all normal freight and administration charges.
