Standard terms of trade are 30 days from
date of invoice for customers who qualify for credit. Integria
Healthcare reserves the right to change payment terms with 30 days
notice to the customer. Payment must be made to terms less any
amount in query. Integria Healthcare reserves the right to register
retention of title interests over our goods against our Customer
under the Personal Properties Securities Act 2009 and will confirm
to the Customer if registration is made.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment for immediate and credit account holders can be made via
MyIntegria for open orders and invoices by MasterCard or Visa or by
calling Accounts Receivable. Immediate account holders to pay at
time of order (please ensure credit card details are available at
time of order). Bank transfer / deposit is accepted by quoting your
account number as a reference to ensure accurate allocation BSB 032
388 Account Number 133956. Cheques are not accepted.
Integria Healthcare reserves the right to
recover any additional costs incurred in relation to the collection
of any overdue debt. Integria Healthcare reserves the right to use
a third party collection agency and legal representative.
NEW & EXISTING
Where a customer expects to purchase less
than $2,000 of goods per annum, Integria Healthcare reserves the
right to require payment prior to goods being dispatched.

Only'. The Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 and industry regulations
determine which persons are eligible to access products and
